Terms of Service

Commissions done via VGen website
Please read through everything before asking for a commission!
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service:**

I hold full artistic copyrights and ownership of the produced artwork. I am able to post/use my commissions to build my portfolio and promote myself on my own socials.

• I am able to stream the commission unless it is mentioned that it is private
• I will not work on NSFW

General Terms

• Prices are subject to change based on demand
• Please also note that my art will change over time. Examples of the art and the art you receive may look slightly different
• I reserve the right to decline any commission requests for any reason

Duration

• Please be aware that I work on these commissions according to my own schedule. It can take up to a few days to a few months depending on my own mental health and personal life
• Please do not commission me if you have a set deadline
• I do not take rush orders

Payment

• Payment must be paid 100% Upfront or agreed upon separate payments
• Payments must be done through Vgen before I start on the commission
• No Refunds if the commission has already been started.
• Do not request a commission if you cannot pay upfront. Your commission will be Rejected.

Process & Delivery

• Requesting a Commission: DM me on Twitter, Instagram, Discord, or fill out a commission on VGen
• Sketching: I will send you sketches of the commission after being paid upfront. You are able to ask for up to 5 large revisions and unlimited small revisions.
• Inking/Coloring: Minor changes can be made. For Major changes a fee will be added.
• Files: After completion, files will be sent through Email or/and on Discord.

Revisions

• For Major changes a fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made)
• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
• If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

Personal and Commercial Usage

Personal Usage
• You are allowed to use my work personally and on your socials such as Twitch, Discord, or any other social media (as long as you credit me somewhere).
• As long as the commission is not being used for profit (ex- selling or mass-producing the artwork) I consider it as personal usage.
Commercial Usage
• If you would like to use my work for merchandise or mass-produce it, you must pay a commercial usage fee (2.5x the amount of personal use).
• Do not edit or claim the work as your own.
• If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying a commercial fee, I reserve the right to decline future commissions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
